Every activation is different, so we tailor the process to your event, your timeline, and your budget. Here's how a typical custom giveaway comes together.

Concept and design

We start with your brand, your event, and your audience, then design a product people actually want to keep. Whether it's a co-branded version of one of our proven products or something completely new, we handle the creative and the engineering.

Prototyping and approval

We turn the concept into a real, physical prototype, often 3D printed in-house, so you can hold it, test it, and sign off before anything goes into production. No surprises, no guessing.

Custom branding and production
Phase 3: Production

Once it's approved, we produce it at scale with your branding - your logo, your colors, and, if you're running a co-branded activation, a sponsor or partner's branding right alongside it. From a few hundred units to tens of thousands, we manage manufacturing, quality control, and tooling.

Delivery and activation
Phase 4: Delivery & Activation

We ship the finished products where you need them, when you need them. We can also help you plan the activation itself, so the giveaway drives real engagement instead of just emptying a box.

Custom giveaways start at a few hundred units for our catalog products and around 1,000 units for fully custom designs. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost.

Lead times depend on the product and the level of customization. Simple, pre-designed pieces can turn around in a few weeks; fully custom products with new tooling take longer. Tell us your event date and we'll work backward from it.

Put your own brand on it, or co-brand it with a sponsor or partner - your logo, your colors, and theirs if you want them. We offer everything from light customization of proven products to fully bespoke designs built only for you.

Reorders
Reorders

Once we've built your tooling, reorders are faster and cheaper, and you can even swap in a different logo or partner for the next run. The first order is an investment; the repeat orders are where it pays off.

What kinds of products can you make?
Just about anything that fits your brand and your event - drinking tools, engraved barware, branded cases, and plenty of one-off concepts. If you have an idea, we can design it. If you don't, we'll bring you options.
Can we partner with a sponsor to cover the cost?
Yes, and it's one of the most popular ways to do this. You can run the giveaway on your own, or team up with a sponsor who funds it in exchange for co-branding. And if you're the sponsor, we can co-brand the product with the team, venue, or event you're backing - so your brand ends up in people's hands, not just on a banner.
What's the minimum order?
It depends on the product. Catalog and lightly-customized items can start in the low hundreds of units; fully custom designs with their own tooling usually start around 1,000. Reorders get cheaper once the tooling exists.
How long does it take?
Anywhere from a couple of weeks for simple, pre-designed pieces to a couple of months for fully custom products with new tooling. Tell us your event date and we'll tell you what's realistic and work backward from there.
Do we have to use one of your existing products?
Not at all. You can brand something we've already designed, adapt one of our proven products, or start from a blank page with a fully custom design that's yours alone.
What do you need from us to get started?
Your logo and brand colors, a rough sense of quantity and timing, and the event or activation you're planning around. From there we'll come back with concepts and a quote.
